Weighing a solid 45 lbs and with a 29 mm diameter, it is intentionally built to withstand your heaviest lifting sessions so you can lift, drop, and repeat until your body becomes engrained with your gains.

The Rhino Bar features a Ceramic Coated shaft and Black Phosphate sleeves, giving it a tough, no-nonsense look. It has aggressive (but not sharp) volcano knurling, center knurling, and one set of powerlifting marks. Rigid with little whip, this bar still exhibits a smooth spin, making it the perfect choice for deadlifts, squats, and bench presses.
